Mediation

Mediation

Are you or a client stuck in a dispute?

Does it look it will cost £000s in legal fees?

Then why not try mediation?

Mediation is ideal of relatively small disputes, up to say, disputes of £1m

  • Fee disputes with clients
  • Partnership disputes
  • Disputes over a sale of a practice
  • Clients in dispute with one of their customers or suppliers

The Smart Training Group does not provide a mediation service but can facilitate bringing two parties to a Chartered Accountants who is a trained mediator.

It is important both parties have no contact with the mediator before both parties agree to mediation. However once mediation is agreed upon the mediator can make contact. So the mediator is not named here.
