Online Shop - How to Buy

We aim to make the purchase process as simple as possible. There are the following payment options:

By cheque

If you would prefer to pay by cheque select the ‘Pay by cheque’ option during the checkout process.

We will then raise an invoice and as soon as this has been paid we will either:

• Despatch your goods for physical despatch e.g. books, discs
• Or activate an online course

If you have an up to date account with The Smart Training Group you can use the ‘Pay by cheque’ option and we will arrange despatch of the goods or activate your course as applicable.

The specialist assignment manuals published by MERCIA can only be bought by:

• Cheque
• Existing customer of The Smart Training Group which normally means your practice should have attended courses with us in the past

By credit card

You can choose to pay by credit card. If you pay by credit card and are buying an online course this will automatically be activated once checkout has been completed.
