Cancellation and guarantees

Course cancellations

You can cancel any course up to the day before the course.

This does not apply to Personal development courses. We will ask you to confirm you would still like to attend these about 3 weeks prior to the course after which the course place cannot be cancelled.

Desks

We further guarantee to provide a desk for every delegate at each event, except Birmingham. If we fail to do so, we will refund the full cost of the course.

This can only apply to delegates who arrive before the course starts.

Guarantee

In the unlikely event that any course does not
meet with your expectations, we will refund the full
cost of the course.
