Margaret’s training is specifically tailored to meet the requirements of her clients and falls into three main areas: interpersonal, behavioural and presentation skills. Qualified in Assertiveness, Counselling and Stress Management, Margaret is also an NLP Master Practitioner, an author - contributing to, amongst others, Training Journal. She has recently co-written a Trainer’s Activity Pack for Fenman entitled Advanced Presentation Skills, which was published in January 2004, and will be co-training Presentation Skills workshops for Fenman throughout the country this year. Margaret also works with individuals on their personal performance development – one of her clients, Dawn Gibbins MBE, Chairman of Flowcrete plc, has recently been voted Veuve Cliquot Business Woman of the year. Margaret’s portfolio of training includes the key areas noted below, and has been delivered to a wide variety of clients covering many different industries and professions for example: Surf Control to Manchester Business School MBA programme; British Vita PLC; Sheffield City Council; Congleton Chamber of Commerce; government departments to CIS insurance, and a variety of banks, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, financial and legal professional organisations and companies; to sales and administrative teams within the recruitment industry. She works at all levels within companies from the 'shop floor' to board members, delivering training that improves profitability, and supports the achievement of their commercial objectives.
