Following a career in Retail Management and Training, Liz works for one of the country’s leading Company Formation Agents.
In her role as Operations Manager and Company Secretary, for Company Registrations Online Ltd, she provides support and advice to over 1,000 accountancy firms based in the UK and overseas.
This includes providing training and support for the implementation of the new Companies Act 2006.
She has considerable experience in dealing with Company Secretarial matters meaning she is the ideal person to steer accountants through the complex field of Company House administration.
